The Design Center at Lake Norman campus includes two buildings (the Design Center and the Cascade building) totaling 85,646 square feet.  Spaces are designed to fit the specific needs of the tenants' business, while maintaining the historical footprint of the facility.  Our customized workspaces include offices, retailers, warehouses and showrooms.
